Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Warranty Policy

The Tempest goggle and accessories carry a 1-year warranty against electrical and mechanical defects.

Return Policy

Your purchase can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it is in its original unused condition. The customer must cover the shipping cost given that Tempest pays for the shipping outbound.
