Tempest Optics was founded with a singular purpose in mind. We wanted a real solution to the problem of fogging lenses. Our quest began over 9 years ago with a small company called Abom and has morphed into Tempest Optics. Our latest creation represents the culmination of many years of goggle and anti-fog design evolution. The goal was to achieve an elusive combination of high tech anti-fog protection without sacrificing optical quality, weight, comfort, convenience, and ease of use. The resulting technology is protected by a dozen US patents and patents pending. We put our passion, blood, sweat, and tears into our creations and believe the Tempest goggle achieves our goals.
