Our Mission:

Tempest goggles represent the state of the art in goggle design featuring a power assisted, heated lens, anti-fog capability and best in class magnetic lens attachment. From its inception, the goal at Tempest was simple: Create a goggle that solves the fogging problem without sacrificing any of the other things that matter... and to achieve this at a price more riders can afford.

The Lens Heating System

At the heart of every Tempest Optics goggle is the integrated and fully automatic lens heating system that warms the inner lens surface thereby preventing lens fogging. There are no external battery packs or power cords to worry about and operation is fully automatic. Temperature and humidity sensing are used to ensure that heat is applied only when needed...and you will be astounded by the resulting battery life.

The Magnetic Lens Attach

Tempest Optics sets the bar for lens swap simplicity with its magnet lens attach system. A total of 9 neodymium magnets are used to ensure perfect alignment and positive attachment making lens swaps a breeze.

The Rest

A primary goal in the design of the Tempest goggle was to not sacrifice any of the other important elements that matter in a goggle's design. Triple layer face foam, a wide strap with no-slip silicone beads, and venting top and bottom round out the offering.
